Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who have spent years trying to understand why they struggle, yet still find themselves repeating the same relationship patterns, questioning themselves, or feeling disconnected from the life they want. Together, we'll move beyond insight to create meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in relationship-focused individual therapy for adults navigating challenges with dating, intimacy, sexuality, self-worth, and connection. Whether you're healing from past relationships, working through relationship anxiety, exploring your identity, or trying to build healthier, more authentic relationships, therapy can help you better understand your patterns while developing new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Common concerns I help clients with include:
Repeating unhealthy relationship or dating patterns
Relationship anxiety and overthinking
Deciding whether to stay or leave a relationship
Building healthier, more fulfilling dating experiences
Strengthening self-worth and emotional intimacy
Sexual desire, pleasure, and intimacy concerns
Out-of-control sexual behaviors (sometimes called compulsive sexual behavior or sex addiction)
Exploring sexual orientation or gender identity
Kink-affirming therapy
Consensual non-monogamy and polyamorous relationships
Healing from sexual trauma
Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and relationship patterns
And many more.

Couples/Relationship Therapy
Many couples come to therapy because they keep having the same arguments, feel disconnected from one another, or struggle to understand why they cannot seem to resolve the same issues. Often, the problem is not a lack of love or commitment—it is the painful patterns that develop between two people over time.
I help couples slow down these patterns, understand what is happening beneath the conflict, and create new ways of connecting. My approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative. I work especially well with couples who are ready to look beyond surface-level communication problems and explore the deeper emotional and relational dynamics impacting their connection.
In addition to helping couples strengthen their emotional connection, I specialize in working with couples around sex and intimacy. Sexual concerns are often connected to larger relationship patterns, and therapy can provide a space to explore desire, vulnerability, trust, and connection in a way that feels safe and productive.
Common concerns I help couples with include:
Feeling stuck in the same argument or conflict cycle
Improving communication and understanding
Emotional disconnection or feeling like roommates
Premarital counseling and preparing for marriage
Differences in sexual desire or libido (desire discrepancy)
Improving sexual intimacy and connection
Navigating affairs, betrayal, and rebuilding trust
Deciding whether to stay in a relationship (discernment counseling)
Exploring consensual non-monogamy or opening a relationship
Kink-affirming couples therapy
Out-of-control sexual behaviors and their impact on relationships
Gridlocked issues that feel impossible to resolve
Strengthening emotional intimacy and partnership
And many more.

Clinical Supervision/Consultation
I provide clinical supervision and consultation for licensed and pre-licensed therapists who want to deepen their work with couples, relationships, intimacy, and sexuality. I especially enjoy working with clinicians who are thoughtful, curious, and interested in developing not only their clinical skills, but also their capacity to understand the deeper relational dynamics happening in the therapy room.
My supervision can support therapists working toward licensure requirements for LCSW, LMFT, and LPC credentials, as well as clinicians seeking ongoing consultation, professional growth, and support in their development as therapists.
My approach to supervision is relational, integrative, and grounded in the belief that who we are as therapists is one of our most important clinical tools. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, existential therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. I am particularly interested in helping therapists understand emotional processes, relationship patterns, differentiation, and the ways our own histories and protective patterns show up in our clinical work.
Supervision is not just about discussing interventions—it is an opportunity to deepen case conceptualization, strengthen clinical confidence, and explore the complex emotional experiences that arise when doing meaningful therapeutic work.
Common consultation and supervision topics include:
Couples therapy and relationship dynamics
Sex therapy and intimacy concerns
Developmental Model of Couples Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work
Attachment and relational patterns
Understanding the negative conflict cycle
Differentiation and emotional reactivity in couples
Countertransference and therapist self-awareness
Erotic countertransference
Sexual diversity and affirming sexual health care
Desire discrepancy and sexual concerns
Compulsive sexual behavior and out-of-control sexual behaviors (OCSB)
Sexual pleasure and sexual desire
